VirtualBox 64-bit guest VM stopped working after upgrade

Rebits

I have successfully used VirtualBox 4.2.18 to run a Windows Server 2012 VM on a Windows 8 64bit host. After upgrading to VirtualBox 4.3.0, the VM fails to start because it states that a 64-bit processor is not detected.

The version dropdown also doesn't show any 64-bit versions, which is the same version as in earlier versions.

I've checked the Dell Latitude E6530's BIOS settings and Intel Virtualization Technology, VT for Direct I/O and Trusted Execution options are enabled.

Is it possible to restore an old 64-bit VM, or do I need to wait for a maintenance release of VirtualBox?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Rebits

It turns out that I had some Hyper-V enabled on the Windows 8 host, which had all 64-bit options disabled. Disabling it, solved my problem.
