Web application using c#.net Core internal server error 500

alone

My app didn't work until 2 hours ago. In postman, my server is called and responds fine. I was notified about upgrading VS2019, so I did. Now every time I send a request to the server from postman, I get this error:Server Error

I tried to downgrade to .net 3.0.0 but that didn't work. How can I fix this problem?

PS: Sorry for the bad title, I'm not good at naming

alone

As suggested by @Muhammad Kamran Aslam and @Andre, installing .net core sdk and runtime version 3 and reopening the app (VS2019 in my case) did the job.
